To implement a modern management approach that attaches importance to the needs, training and development of our employees in the rapid change process we are experiencing, develops relations with personnel, is integrative and collaborative, and uses the participation of personnel to overcome bottlenecks.
ANA ÖZGÖREV
The main duties of our Presidency are to conduct studies on the manpower planning and personnel policies of our University, to make suggestions on the development of personnel systems, to plan the human resources needs correctly within the framework of legal regulations, to carry out the personnel, accrual and assignment processes of our employees in the fastest and most accurate way, to correctly interpret and implement newly published legislation, to protect employee rights while also observing the principle of confidentiality, and to ensure that we act together by establishing strong relationships with other units of our University and to increase satisfaction.
In addition, the Human Resources Department carries out the necessary work to develop personnel through training programs and to ensure that our personnel are promoted within the institution by paying attention to their merit, career principles and competency-based performance while performing their duties, thus strengthening their job satisfaction, participation and loyalty to the institution.
